I just returned from an amazing week at this resort, tucked away in a quiet cove with beautiful beach access right at my doorstep. The accommodations were immaculate and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. There were some minor issues with the overall maintenance and furnishings in some areas, but these didn't overshadow the wonderful time I had. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape.

I just returned from a magical stay at Millendreath Beach Resort, where the stunning sea views and overall cleanliness made my visit truly memorable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I loved enjoying delicious meals at the beachside Bistro. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited hours of the beach bar, which closed too early for my liking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, especially the beautiful beach access and the relaxing atmosphere.

The stay had its ups and downs. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but the steep stairs made accessing it a bit challenging. While the beach was accessible for morning walks, its stony nature wasn't ideal for swimming. Ultimately, I wouldn't return due to the effort involved getting to our apartment.
Rooms
6.0
The apartment was clean with well-maintained kitchen and bedding, but incredibly cramped, and the beds were not the most comfortable.
Service
5.0
Communication was lacking; finding assistance was difficult, which added to our frustration, especially with missing items like the high chair.
Location

It’s in a steep valley which made accessing the hotel challenging, and the surrounding area required driving to explore local attractions.
Dining

The local chip shop, Kelly's, came highly recommended and was a standout for us during our stay.
Facilities

The parking facility was somewhat inconvenient due to the uphill trek and hidden nature, which detracted from the overall experience.

We returned to Millendreath because we loved our first stay, and while this time had some ups and downs, it was still enjoyable overall. The beautiful views and access to the beach were highlights, though the apartment’s condition left something to be desired. The staff was incredibly helpful in addressing our issues, which we greatly appreciated. However, the poor Wi-Fi and maintenance problems were definitely drawbacks.
Rooms

The apartment was modern and clean, but not as spacious as our previous one, and we found it lacking basic privacy with no curtains.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere, but we experienced some noticeable cleanliness issues and minor inconveniences, especially with the amenities provided in the apartment. The beach proximity is a definite highlight, although the beach itself was not ideal for us. The steep stairs were a challenge, and they could improve on attention to detail in the accommodations.
Rooms
6.0
The apartment was mostly clean and had an appealing setup, but we found it could have used more thorough cleaning, particularly in the bathroom area.
Service
7.0
The staff were attentive and quick to respond to our maintenance issues, which we were grateful for.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic, right by the beach and within driving distance of nice towns and attractions, although the steep hills made walking back a workout.
Dining
5.0
The on-site beach café had limited hours, which was disappointing as we planned to enjoy it more during our stay.
Facilities
6.0
While the amenities were adequate, the lack of basic kitchen tools like oven gloves and chopping boards was frustrating for a self-catering place.
